THE APPROACH

THE

Soloist

Preferring to manage their health alone, tracking progress privately and staying self-reliant, the biggest challenge is how to offer clear individual rewards for joining community-driven programs without compromising their independence.

THE

Teammate

Already part of a broader community network like a health club, they thrive on shared motivation and enjoy working toward health goals together. However, their insurer often treats them as a solo customer leading to an opportunity to support their existing connections with features that make group progress visible and reward collective effort.

THE APPROACH

Using AI for rapid prototyping and testing.

Given the short timelines for PoC validation, we used AI-assisted design tools to accelerate the creation of a high-fidelity Figma prototype. This allowed us to iterate quickly, simulate real user experiences, and conduct targeted user testing to validate key assumptions.
